Bacelius Ruru - Independent President Commissioner
Bacelius Ruru,
Indonesian citizen, born in 1948. He was first appointed as a President Commissioner of the Company in 2005. He currently serves as Independent President Commissioner of the Company (since 2017). He concurrently serves as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Company (since 2020), President Director of PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk. (since 2019), and Independent President Commissioner of PT TBS Energi Utama, Tbk. (since 2019). He has served as President Commissioner of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (2001-2008), PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. (2001-2004), PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (2004-2008), PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries (2003-2020) and PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk. (2016-2019).
He has also served at the Ministry of Finance, as Head of the Legal and Public Relations Bureau (1987-1993), as Assistant to the Minister of Finance for Regional Financial Economic Relations (1990-1993), as Chairman of Bapepam (1993-1995), as Director General of State Owned Enterprises (“SOE”) Development (1995-1998), and as Assistant of the Minister of SOE/Deputy for SOE Competitive Management Board (1998-1999). He also served as Chairman of the Jakarta Initiative Task Force (2001-2003) and Secretary of the Ministry of SOE (2001-2004).
He was graduated from the Faculty of Law, the University of Indonesia in 1975 and obtained an LL.M (Lex Legibus Master/Master of Law) from Harvard Law School, USA in 1981.
Rosihan Arsyad - Vice President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, born in 1949. He currently serves as Vice President Commissioner of the Company (since 2019). He has served as Governor of South Sumatra (1998-2003), Vice Chairman I of KONI (1998-2003), Secretary General of KONI (2007-2011), Executive Director of Institute for Maritime Studies (2007-2010), President of United in Diversity Forum (2006- 2014), President Director of PT Sinar Harapan Persada and General Manager of Sinar Harapan Newspaper (2010-2012), President Commissioner of PT Softex Indonesia (2011-2016) and Independent Commissioner of Blitzmegaplex (2011-2016), Member of Board of Trustees of Institute for Maritime Studies and Advisory Board of Conservation International Indonesia. He was graduated from the Indonesian Naval Academy, the Indonesian Army Air Force Command and Staff College (“SESKOAU”) and the National Resilience Institute (“Lemhanas”).
He has served as an aviator in the Indonesian Navy with his last position as Chief of Staff of the Western Fleet.

Indonesian citizen, born in 1946. He currently serves as Commissioner of the Company (since 2023). He concurrently serves as Vice President Director of PT Prima Sentra Megah (since 2005). He has served as Vice President Director of the Company (2004-2023), Executive Director of Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (1989-1991), President Director of Bank Ganesha (1992-1995), President Director of Bank Dewa Rutji (1996-1998), Director of Westford Pte. Ltd. (1998-2004). He was graduated from the Nusantara University in Business Management in 1964.
Bambang Husodo - Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, born in 1952. He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of the Company (since 2009). He concurrently serves as Director of Operations of PT Balai Lelang Inti Mandiri (since 2006). He has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company (2016-2020), General Manager of Internal Audit of PT Equity Finance Indonesia (2007-2018), Member of Audit Committee of PT Equity Development Investment, Tbk. (2010-2015), Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Audit Committee of PT KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk. (2017-2018), Member of Audit Committee of PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra, Tbk. (2017-2020) and Commissioner of PT Ventura Investama Prima (2019-2020).
He earned Baccalaureate from the Finance and Banking Academy in 1977 and a Diploma of Banking Administration from the University of Hull, England in 1989.

Indonesian citizen, born in 1988. Currently he serves as Director of PT KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk. (since 2021). He has experience as Senior Account Executive of PT KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk. (2017-2021) and as Duty Manager of Bulgari Hotel Bali (2014-2016).
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from STP Trisakti Jakarta in 2012, Bachelor of Art degree from International Management Institute Switzerland in 2012, Bachelor of Art degree from Manchester Management University in 2012, and Postgraduate degree from International Management Institute Switzerland in 2014.
