ISO 9001 : 2015 Certification
ISO Certification is an international standard for Quality Management Systems. On May 20, 2018, PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk. The Karawang Factory and Merak Factory have officially upgraded the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System with the certificate of ID02 / 00004 by SGS, which is expected to further enhance customer trust and improve the quality of HR.
TOP CSR 2018
PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk received 2 categories in the 2018 TOP CSR event. The first category was 2018 TOP CSR Chemical Industry Sector and the second category was the 2018 TOP Commitment on CSR Commitment which was awarded to Mr. Gautama Hartarto as President Director of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk organized by the magazine TOP Business.

New Standard 100 with the Label of Oeko Tex
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is an independent product label for all types of textile tested for hazardous materials – from the yarn and fabric to ready-made goods. In January 2018, all companies have to use the new STANDARD 100 label template for the purpose of any communication, including ready-made product labeling.

PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Regent of Serang, on its achievement and participation in the development of the Serang District through timely payment of Land and Building Tax in 2016.

Proper 2015, Awareness Manifestation of Local Government and Company towards Environment in 2014-2015
PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk, Merak Plant Sites became one of the 2,137 companies that participating in PROPER period 2014-2015 and may be entitled to Award “Proper – Blue Rating”. This is an award for Companies that implement Corporate Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (Proper) Period 2014-2015.
Oeko – Tex Certificate
PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk received the Oeko-Tex Certificate which explains that the listed products in the certificate have passed the test according to OEKO-TEX standard 100 and met the general requirements of textile products group.
Oeko-Tex standard 100 is an optimal tool and real added value of the company for the company`s quality assurance throughout the textile manufacturing chain.
Indonesia Human Capital Award 2015
PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk. has successfully received the 3st winner award for Best Performance Management and Top 10 Companies Indonesia 2015 for Human Capital management. The award was given at Indonesia Human Capital Conference & Award 2015, which event was held at Grand Hotel Sahid, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kavling 86, Jakarta Pusat, on Thursday (26/3/2015). The award was given by Director of Operational NBO Indonesia, Arudji Kiswanto, representing IHCA Council to PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk. represented by Mr. Jusup Agus Sayono (GHR Director).
Indonesia Human Capital Conference & Award (IHCA) 2015 is an open competition, participated by 122 companies from all over Indonesia, consist of TBK companies, multinational, BUMN, BUMD and National Private to generate the best Human Capital practice on each industry that are applied Human Resource Management from Human Activity System and Dynamic System. As the head of jury board, Dr. Stefanus Sadana, Drs. M. Si as Human Capital Expert for Economic Review.
The event which was held by Economic Review and Business Review, with theme “Grow B.I.G (Bold move, Innovative, Greatness) Through Human Capital”, was attended by Human Capital Division from BUMN companies, BUMD, Private National and International, such as Garuda Indonesia, Wijaya Karya, PDAM Surabaya, Jasa Marga, Indomobil Finance, Unilever, etc.
For category of Best Performance, was achieved by PT Telkom Indonesia (serve as 1st winner), Jasa Marga (serve as 2nd winner), PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk. (serve as 3rd winner).
Eco-friendly Award 2014
The Eco-friendly Certificate 2014 was received in the commemoration of the World Environment Day held on June 24, 2014, in Panjang Island, Serang Regency. PT Polychem Indonesia of Merak Plant received an award as an Eco-friendly Company with “Good” category in 2014.
Penghargaan Lingkungan atau Proper KLH 2013
The Performance Rating Program of the Company in Environmental Management (Proper) for the period of 2012-2013 was announced on December 10, 2013.
Proper is one of the Ministry of Environment’s flagship programs in the form of surveillance activities and provision of incentives and disincentives to the management of the organization.
The Proper Award aims to encourage companies to comply with environmental regulations and achieve environmental excellence.
The Company was ranked “Blue” with the criteria of Adherence in the assessment period of 2012-2013 on the basis of:
- Implementation of environmental documents.
- Efforts for water and air pollution control.
- Management of hazardous and toxic waste.

The Company received the Indonesia Inspire & Best Company Award 2013 in the category of “The Best Textile Company of the Year” at the Gala Winner event held by PT Sembilan Bersama Media in collaboration with Indonesia Inspire Magazine at Le Meredien Hotel, Friday December 20, 2013.

Taking place at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday November 28, 2012, the Company received an award as the best Company in 2012 from Warta Ekonomi Magazine for the category of “The Biggest Growing Profitable in Basic Materials Company” in the event of Appreciation for Indonesia Best Companies 2012.
